6. Predictions & Leaderboards
The Service allows users to make predictions about the direction of stock and cryptocurrency prices. Users are ranked on leaderboards by their Financial Accuracy Rating (FAR), a score calculated from the outcomes of their predictions.
- Predictions are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security or cryptocurrency
- Leaderboard rankings and FAR scores reflect historical prediction accuracy and do not guarantee future performance
- You should never make investment decisions based solely on any user's predictions, FAR score, or leaderboard ranking on the Service
- Prediction results are determined by automated price comparisons and may be affected by market data delays, volatility, or system errors
- We reserve the right to modify the prediction scoring system, reset leaderboards, or adjust FAR calculations at any time
- Predictions are limited per user per day. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension
- Quoval is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution
7. Financial Disclaimer
The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content on the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or cryptocurrency.
